Testimonials

“I’ve taken a lot of different kinds of therapies and medication for my recurrent anxiety attacks. This was completely different, I really felt reconnected to my essential self and as a result my anxieties and fears just faded out. I realised that disconnection was at the root of my problem. Reconnecting to my essential self through voice and movement is now my go to resource for releasing fear and building resilience.
Dan C. – Anxiety UK member

“I really enjoyed it. I’ve avoided seeking further support because I found clinical therapies tumultuous and draining in bringing difficult things up for me. Working with Julene’s music and art enabled me to explore my inner worlds in an enjoyable way, addressing my challenges with compassion and creativity. I not only feel better, I feel more alive.
Emer G. – Musical Nutrition Pilot test participant
